In the event of maintenance being required please contact Belvoir Lettings Plymouth at the earliest possible time in order to minimise any problem that could subsequently arise.  Trades persons will be alerted by Belvoir Lettings Plymouth and dependant upon the nature and urgency of the task, will respond accordingly.

Simple precautionary procedures should then be taken by the tenant to prevent any additional problems arising, e.g. turn off water at the stopcock if necessary, isolate electricity or gas supplies at the main where required, etc.

Should a tenant call out any contractors to undertake UNAUTHORISED repairs it should be noted that this will be at the expense of the tenant other than in an emergency when all measures to safeguard a property must be taken and is found to be the responsibility of the Landlord. Blocked sinks, pipes etc. are at the responsibility and the cost of the tenant.
